Since Don joined in 2016, the company has seen exponential growth. In 2019, he led the launch of Connect.ID, an innovative technology platform that makes it possible for businesses to develop content that connects with their audiences across a rapidly developing digital universe in a secure fashion. Don previously led iCrossing from a small search agency to a global full-service digital agency that was acquired by Hearst Corporation for over $300 million. Prior to that, he was CEO of Omnicom Group’s Agency.com, where he successfully led the company through a tremendous period of growth. He has also served as Managing Director of Igate Capital, as well as Group Vice President of Industry Consulting of Oracle and Senior Vice President of Management Consulting of EDS.
In addition to his MBA from Harvard Business School, he has dual undergraduate degrees in Chemical Engineering and Mathematical Physics, and a Master of Chemical Engineering from Rice University.
